This class is a gentle invitation to explore dance as meditation, guided not by imitation but by inner wisdom. Rooted in the belief that every body holds its own rhythm and story, Intuitive Bellydance for Curious Bodies offers a space where dancers can move with curiosity, care, and autonomy. This is a practice of presence. Rather than prescribing steps, I will offer foundational shapes, floor patterns, and subtle dance theory as tools for exploration—not rules to follow. You’ll be encouraged to experiment, play, and discover movement that feels nourishing to you. This is a practice of listening to your body and instincts to find magic in your movement. Designed for people of all shapes, sizes, ages, and experience levels, this class honors your pace, your process, and your power. Come as you are, and connect with your body, your creativity, and the powerful rhythms within. This class is available in person and online via Zoom.
