In our space, the mindset behind our actions is as important as the actions themselves.  Because of this, we try to infuse our work and play with body positivity and a growth mindset.  We believe that little can be learned from can and can't -- instead, we stay in the space of how and why.  We believe that there is no educational, physical, or creative value in talking poorly about yourself, so negative self-talk is discouraged in class.  We believe that students who are consistent, hardworking, and dedicated to personal and community growth can go as far as they want, so we offer all bodies access to all opportunities without discrimination.  When we stray from these core values, we recenter and try again.
