Service Description

conjure - to charge or entreat earnestly or solemnly. to summon as if by invocation or magic. to bring to mind. My goal for Sunday yoga classes this year is to combine the energy of the Wheel of the Year with yoga practice to unlock, highlight, and strengthen the parts of yourself you want to develop. In October, I invite you to use your practice to conjure the circumstances you need for your body, mind, and spirit. Perhaps you need a life with more peace, quiet, and contemplation. Suppose you need to feel loved or grow your sense of self-acceptance. Maybe you need to take more risks and challenge yourself to embody your own greatness and talents. On the yoga mat, all of this and so much more is possible. Join Angie Never (E-CYT 500) for a month of yoga-based magic for your practice and your life. We'll utilize asana (poses), pranayama (breath practice), and meditation to care for the nervous system, delight and challenge the body, and (every once in a while) quiet the mind. Please note this class will be grounded in the belief that yoga should be accessible to people of all shapes, sizes, ages, and abilities. We will operate from the assumption that all bodies are awesome bodies, and it's our job to figure out all the cool stuff they can do. The class will be held both online & in person at Sacred Shimmy Studio. Please indicate how you plan to attend in the comments section when you register. All participants will receive a Zoom link to the class about an hour before the start time. You will also receive a link to a recording of the course that you can use at another time. Cancellation Policy

All class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation to any regularly scheduled class will be announced on Angie Never's Facebook page, the Sacred Shimmy Studio Facebook page, and in the Sacred Shimmy Studio Dance Discussion Group. Classes will be automatically moved to online in the event of a Level One Snow Emergency in Franklin County.
